DEBI LEWIS, co-founder, has been involved in musical theater since she was as young as some of our youngest STAGES campers. She began her professional career in her early teens, appearing in many commercials, television sit-coms and films. Debi spent over 20 years working as an actress and singer on stage, screen and doing vocal recordings. She received her training at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The American Film Institute, and the Center Theater Group. Debi has segued her career into teaching and has been a vocal instructor and acting coach for the past twelve years, teaching for the Las Virgines and Conejo Unified School Districts and privately. One of the co-founders of Stages, Debi's passion for musical theater has been a life-long love. She feels fortunate to be in a position to share that passion with her students and introduce them to a world of theater that will hopefully fulfill and inspire them for a lifetime.

GINNY GRADY, co-founder, is a singer, dancer, & choreographer who has worked in “the biz” for over 35 years. Her performing & choreography credits include film, television, and stage work for such companies as Disney, Universal Studios, & MGM. She has had the pleasure to choreograph and perform in Man of La Mancha, Bye Bye Birdie, A Chorus line, West Side Story, Music Man, Fiddler on the Roof, My Fair Lady, Hello Dolly, No No Nanette, Crazy For You, Oklahoma, The Boyfriend, The Pajama Game, and many others. Ginny's vocal talents were heard nightly at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas as the voice of young King Arthur in EFX that ran 9 years. She can be heard on numerous children’s albums & Disney sing-a-long videos. Since having her 2 children, Joey & Tessa, she has focused her choreography talents on musical theater for children. Ginny cherishes her time at Stages.
